July 2nd (Golf Selections)
I’ve missed the start of the European Tour but again have some players to watch for and get a bet on if you get the chance. Once again our favourites to follow Martin Kaymer and Jeev Milka Singh have fired early, i also notice last weeks pick Richard Green has continued his good form shoot low early in round one.
My selection would be Nick Dougherty though. He is an extremely talented golfer who has a history of choking when the pressure is on. However, last weeks victory proved to everyone (but more importantly himself) that he can compete with the big boys and not only that but dominant a final round against one of the worlds top players in Retief Goosen.
You can back his right now for $20 and i think that is super value and i will definately be grabbing a piece of that for myself.
In the PGA Tour we head to Bethesda, Maryland for the AT & T National which is run by Tiger. No suprise to see he is the favourite here and i can’t really argue with that at all. Instead We’ll go with Sean O’Hair to run in the top 5. $100 at $6.20
